Since 2002, Herb has joined his wife Ruth as a full-time innkeeper at Castle in the Country in Allegan. Entirely self-taught, Herb’s focus and passion is cooking and baking for the guests. He has bookkeeping experience and is grateful to serve at Holland UCC.
