We are looking for a person to lead and guide our growing youth program, primarily focused on middle and high school youth. This is a part-time, 15-hour a week position.

We are looking for someone who is able to:

• Create a safe, welcoming space for teenage youth.
• Share the sacred stories of our faith in a way that reaches body, mind and spirit.
• Committed to understanding youth development and needs of gender-fluid/LGBTQIA individuals and communities.
• Nurture the spiritual lives of youth, reflecting progressive Christian values.
• Employ creative faith formation experiences.
• Plan and lead community service opportunities with youth.

Salary/Benefits:

• $19,500 per year
• Professional development time and funds; negotiable vacation plus sick leave
